Bulbophyllum dentiferum Vs Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum

There is an interesting and quite stimulating dialogue going on regards the correct identification of Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum shown here http://www.orchidsonline.com.au/node/738 on the site recently.

In the interests of aiding this debate and perhaps resolving the issue I have created a composite image showing the two species in question side by side.
NOTE: To get best effect from this post please click this link which shows the 'original' size image underneath the first image http://orchidsonline.com.au/node/9954?size=_original

For the purposes of this excercise I have used one of my images http://www.orchidsonline.com.au/files/BulbophyllumFenestratum08.jpg and another by Gary Yong Gee http://orchidsonline.com.au/files/BulbophyllumDentiferumDSC01310.jpg to make two composite images showing Gary's Bulbophyllum dentiferum on the left and my Bulbophyllum taeniophyllum on the right. In the second image I have also marked up with two ellipses to highlight the two areas which to my eyes are the only real difference between the two species illustrated. The difference I perceive is that in Gary's photo (LEFT) the petals are 'toothy' along the entire edge while in my photo (RIGHT) the petals are smooth along most of their length with some very small 'teeth' near the tip.

To my 'amateur' eyes these two species illustrated are pretty close to identical and I for one believe we should be labelling them as such however the marked up differences may or may not be significant. I hope that by illustrating these two species in this way it may give us the means to make a definitive decision in this debate.

Thanks to all for your interest and input so far.!
