Dendrobium sulcatum
Part of the attraction of this species is the flattened pseudobulbs. The flowers also close up at night.

I also have this species JMK and understand your comments regards the psuedobulbs being interesting. It hasn't flowered for me yet but since seeing your image I can't wait.
