Steve, I believe that this is one of the parents of the plant that you show in your image on http://www.orchidsonline.com.au/node/6311, B.makoyanum X B.sibuyanense.
A friend sent me these images for id purposes, the info I recieved was that this species shown is from Vietnam.
I can't see B.sibuyanense as one of the parents in your cross (too many flowers)
Your image is more likely to be B.makoyanum and this one shown from Vietnam.

Bulbophyllum
I have now got the confirmation of the name of this species. B.hirundinis.
wellsey's image on http://www.orchidsonline.com.au/node/6311 is also this species (note, not a hybrid).
Psuedobulbs usually less than 9-10mm high, leaves 15-35mm long, less than 10mm wide. Scape less than 5cm, lateral sepals 20-30mm orange or yellow, with or without reddish spots towards the base of the laterals.
