shade house

I was away on holiday when this was posted, so I missed it.

Jean love your set-up and the space you have. Your first picture seems to be full of plant labels, I guess these are all seedlings. Everything looks ordely clean and tidy, a credit to you.

Thank you
This one houses the Cattleya's, Paphs, Phrags and the over flow from the other shade houses.
Yes all the labels are seedlings growing on.

Where

Jean,
Where are you going to put those seedlings when they grow up, I found out the hard way that when you put a small plant into a bigger pot it takes up more room, you must have lots of room left.

Organization & Cleanliness

Hi Jean,

My admiration!

Do you have a Librarian in the house?

I rarely saw any grower that achieved that degree of organization and cleanliness!

When I saw the young seedlings of yours, I thought about Horst's shade house No. 3 ?

Best regards!

No Librarian in my house

Thank you for the compliment.
No librarian in this household, just me.
Cleanliness and organisation – well the thanks and credit goes to Old Mac (McOrchids - Bill McNaught) He steered me in right direction and gave me the basic grounding on my plants, shade houses and fertilising program.
I don’t keep all the seedlings, probably about 5 - 6 of the strongest from each flask and grow them on from there.
One can always find room for one more orchid or more between the 3 shade houses.

Bill

Hi Jean,

Bill is a great man!
He, and wellsy, spent the whole weekend to help me to get
through the protocol to "Create content"!
What you achieved would be a great inspiration to others!
