Den. pentapterum--This miniature Dendrobium species is from PNG. It likes intermediate/cool temperature and year round watering. The very long lasting flower is about 3.5cm

Your plant is very healthy and shiny. Are there much color variation within this species as to vexillarius and cuthbertsonii??
color variation
Bill: Den. cuthbertsonii, Den. violaceum, Den. vexillarius and a few more species in the Oxyglossum section are variable in color. Some vary more than the others, but as far I know, Den. pentapterum is not variable in color.
