Edit to Coelogyne vanoverberghii complete.

mistake??????
I was looking for some information in an old Orchid Review (Nov-Dec 2002) and came across an article by Dudley Clayton, he shows a picture of Coelogyne tenasserimensis, (page 361) which is the same as the image above. So I checked in his book 'The Genus Coelogyne' published in 2002, where he also shows an image of the same species which looks similar, but with a diferent colour combination altogether. If anyone has access to the OR mentioned you will be able to compare that image with the one above.

Well that has thrown the cat amongst the pigeons Bern.
I don't have access to the Orchid Review 2002 nor Dudley Clayton's book, Coelogyne tenasserimensis looks like it may be pretty rare, can't find a photo of it to compare with Coelogyne vanoverberghii.
To me, your photo looks like a perfect match for vanoverberghii but of course I haven't seen tenasserimensis.

Obviously I can't post a picture from the OR on this site, but for reference purposes,I will scan it and email it on to you Bill. C.vanoverberghii from the Philippines looks very similar but the side lobes are very prominent, ovate-obtuse.
C.tenasserimensis from Burma and Thailand the side-lobes at the base of the lip are erect and pointed as in the image above.

Thanks Bern I would love to see the images.
I think it will be your call as to what you want to call your plant, you are in the best position to do that.

On reflection I think that the two species mentioned above, are very similar, but are just not right.
I would prefer to leave the name open for further discussion on ID.
