Very small flowers and I think not often seen.

Yep, I'm sure it's an orchid, not something I would grow of course.

Bill, looks like a mistake with the name on this one. The species from this genus usually have leaves placed in two rows all along the stems.
Inflorescences lateral or terminal. A.elegans flowers are 3.5mm broad; petals and sepals greenish with the mentum white flushed with purple.
