Hi bernabu,it could be Mystacidium brayboniae. This plant has a short stem and a large mass of roots. It has about 5 leaves which are shed in times of drought. The inflorescense is pendulous bearing 10 to 12 flowers, 2cm wide and having a spur 2.5cm long. The flowers are pure crystalline white in color. How does this compare with your plant?
Pawpaw
pawpaw, I've just had my plant confirmed as Mystacidium brayboniae. Unlike Mystacidium capense and M.venosum, the spur has a wide mouth and tapers towards the tip. Thanks for your help.
