hey pak I am not too sure that this looks like what I know as Spathoglottis plicata...there was a very pale one I used to grow which this one reminds me of. I'll check what it's name was and post again.
EDIT: This is the one I think Spathoglottis augustorum http://www.orchidees.fr/encyclopedie/dbphoto/sm_192.jpg (tiny photo I know)
Wait on...I just checked and thats a synonym for Spathoglottis plicata. Hmmm! I guess Spathoglottis plicata is way more variable than I had imagined.
