Would anyone have one of these Phals?

(original submission as Phalaenopsis Fajan's Fireworks)

This was the first standard type Phal I ever bought, and I lost it when I transferred it to a potting mix containing coconut coir chips about 12 months ago.
It quickly developed root rot as there was too much water retention,................ a valuable lesson learnt.

I have not been able to find another on since, and since there is a little bit of sentimental value here would love to get another just to have it in my collection, as these days, I prefer the species Phals.
