B.odoratissimum
This looks like B.odoratissimum which is sometimes orange, or white with yellow or orange tips to the sepals it should also be slightly scented.

I have a plant that has the same flower. Got it as B. protractum, dont know if its correctly named.
Hello Pawpaw
Do you have a photo of your Bulbo protractum????
The name is valid as per the Monocot List and seems to be quite rare.

I do but only taken with a SLR camera
B.protractum
Hi pawpaw, are there four or five flowers evenly spaced on the inflorescence on your plant? or are they close and compacted together? also B.odoratissimum usually has a red or orange lip and column.

Hi Bernabu
Looked up the Monocot list for B. odoratissimum and came up with a photo

orchid and Kens. Check it out. This confirms your findings
I agree with your ID.

Glad we have the correct name pawpaw, when this plant gets to a certain size it blooms over a long period of time and the scent is fantastic.
