Upcoming On Line Photo 101 Course

Upcoming On Line Photo 101 Course

Just some advance notice, Wellsy has asked me to run a basic Photo 101 Course to help people improve their flower photography.

The first of the series will be aimed at inexperienced people who own point and shoot digital cameras.

What I will endeavour to do is to show you how to get the most out of your camera, and to easily use advanced techniques to give professional looking results to your plant photography.

You will be shown different features on your cameras you probably have seen but don't know how to properly use, how to make backgrounds and how to use them correctly, focussing techniques, how to use flash correctly and how to adjust the exposure of your image, and also adjusting exposure in combination with fill in flash to get the best out of your flower images.

So stay tuned, it may take me about a week to get the ball rolling as our weather is not conducive to outdoor photography at present.

These courses will be filed in the Orchid Books Section of the forum for future reference.

Happy snapping

Anton
