Dendrobium hercoglossum is a small growing species which grows well and will form a smallish but neat specimen clump if grown in a coarse media in a basket or hanging pot. Found as an epiphyte at 600 - 1200 m.
Dendrobium hercoglossum likes a winter rest but water and fertilize regularly while growing fo rapid growth and abundant flowers. Sometimes fragrant with well displayed masses of delightful, smallish flowers.
