Dendrobium cochliodes

Distribution Indonesia. Not a lot known about this species but I understand that it is variable throughout it's range.

Nice hot plant to grow in England Bernard, I'm very impressed.

Indonesia is right but Irian Jaya pin points the area and also comes from Papua New Guinea.

I'm told there is a green version of it but have not been able to find it, yet.

Thanks for your info Bill, yes it's grown in my warm house! min night temp 64f, daytime 75F in winter, anything above in the summer.
