Brassavola tuberculata

Brassavola tuberculata Hook. 1829

Synonym: Brassavola perrinii Lindl. 1833

Brassavola tuberculata is terete leafed species from Brazil and likes a mount of treefern if availbale, or a small well drained pot or basket. Large plants tend to have pendulous leaves, so a mount is perhaps the easiest way to manage the plant.

Generally grown under the same conditions as Cattleyas, the large flowers are fragrant.
