Ascocentrum curvifolium - View whole plant

Ascocentrum curvifolium produces bright orange red erect bottle brush like flower spikes. A small grower, this should be grown in a small basket or slotted pot. Growing media needs to be open and well drained. Maximum sunlight will turn the leaves dark green, and ample fertiliser and water when growing will produce a specimen clump. A warm to intermediate grower. This very brightly coloured species has been extensively used in hybridisation.
