Not familiar with this one, but lovely images showing the plant and the waxy flowers in sharp detail.

What are the white blotches on the leaves of the plant Jules?

the spots on the lower leaves are small lichens. The plant was in poor shape when I got it as an extra from a vendor without an ID.
After fixing it to a branch of my Frangipany tree it developed and started to produce flowers
