Cypripedium parviflorum var.pubescens.
This is commonly called the large yellow lady's slipper. It is found across Canada and the US. It is also one of the most commonly cultivated Cyp species. It is fairly easy to grow and in the UK can adjust to garden conditions. Once established, it multiplies fairly rapidly to form a large clump with many flowers, double-flowered stems are common.
