Rhyncholaeliocattleya Dream Trader 'Southern Cross', I'm a little unimpressed by this one ( there are lots of different one's ) this one just doesn't look right to me.

I agree with your opinion of this flower not looking right. The oversized petals dominate all the other parts of the flower including, the 'not unnatractive lip'.
Also, the absence of the dorsal sepal in this image, has altered the whole symmetry of the flower.
